ControLinks Fuel Air Control System Offered by ITS

Now you can get more from fuel-air control in power burner applications with the ControLinks linkage-less system from Honeywell. The system offers microprocessor-based fuel-air control, which provides superior performance over jackshaft systems.

How It Works

The ControLinks system controls the relationship between fuel flow, airflow and flue gas recirculation (FGR) on a single or dual-fuel power burner. The system optimizes combustion efficiency by allowing independent combustion curves and providing maintainable accuracy set-points.

Key Features

Honeywell's linkage-less system provides:

  • Control to 0.1 degree accuracy across two independent fuel air curves for greater efficiency. This results in reduced energy costs and less environmental impact

  • Reduced set-up time for OEMs and onsite contractors-4 to 6 hours compared to 8 to 16 hours for a jackshaft system. Easier, faster to service than mechanical cam and linkage assemblies due to fewer moving parts

  • Innovative safety features that include a unique feedback potentiometer circuit, component anti-swap protection and curve verification algorithms

  • Basic LED diagnostics speed troubleshooting and reduce downtime, providing full diagnostics information through a PC or laptop
